Hawaii residents homeschool under the Hawaiian Homeschool Statute. To homeschool under this statute there are four guidelines that must be followed per the HSLDA:

1. Submit a notice of intent.
2. Ensure your curriculum complies with the statute.
3. Keep records.
4. Submit annual progress reports.
